Volta is an OpenPGP keyserver operated by Qompass AI. It supports the distribution and discovery of OpenPGP public keys: anyone can look up a key by fingerprint, key ID, or email address, and key owners can publish their key and manage which of their addresses are listed.
Addresses are only published after the owner has verified control of the address through a confirmation email, and listings can be removed again at any time from the manage page. Volta is derived from the Hagrid keyserver software that powers keys.openpgp.org, and is developed in the open at github.com/qompassai/volta.
